About Spiritual Workshops & Retreats
Why We Hold These Gatherings
My aim is simple - to help you drop your worries and tap into real peace. Through spiritual workshops and retreats, I share practical tools, not just theory, for connecting with that still, happy place inside.
What Happens Here
- Every session is rooted in the core teachings of Kriya Yoga, just like Paramhansa Yogananda taught.
- If you’re new or already deep into your sadhana, you’ll find something here to support your journey.
- Events happen both online and at our peaceful Bangalore centers.
Types of Events
- Topical workshops: We dive into real-life questions, from karma to balancing family and work, using spiritual principles. These are interactive and designed for folks living the busy city life.
- Kriya Yoga retreats: Full-day or weekend immersions, including special ones for initiated Kriyabans. Space to go deep and recharge.
- Sacred pilgrimage experience: Sometimes, we walk together in the footsteps of the masters - trips to Kolkata and other holy spots. It’s intense, moving, and stays with you.
What You’ll Feel
- Meditation and soulful kirtan are the heart of every event.
- Teachers share stories and practical tips - always open to your questions.
- Satsang (truth gatherings), prasad (blessed food), and seva (service) bring us together. It’s not just about you, but the joy of spiritual community gathering.
Our Sangha
Nobody walks the spiritual path alone. Here, you find gurubhais - spiritual friends. We learn, chant, meditate, and share prasad together. Sometimes, it’s tough, but we walk it together.

My Story
We’re just a bunch of gurubhais, walking the Yogananda path together in namaste spirit. Some of us read 'Autobiography of a Yogi' and—boom—life changed. Swami Kriyananda started all this, wanting sanghas where folks could live these teachings, not just talk about them. We’re not gurus, just fellow travelers, sharing what’s helped us find joy inside. We chant, meditate, do seva, and try to be a spiritual family. Come join, feel at home.
