Sometimes, you just feel off - mind restless, body dull. Happens to all of us. For me, yoga has always been the answer to that kalmadi (unease). At AthaYog Living, it’s not just about nailing a pose. It’s about finding your own nemmadi (peace) and real connection, both inside and outside.

What Our Community Feels Like

Our workshops and community events go way beyond day-to-day classes. This is where you meet your people, share stories, and get inspired. There’s always something new - sometimes you’ll sweat, sometimes you’ll just chill and soak in the vibes.

What You’ll Find

  • Yoga Arambha: Our sunrise yoga event on International Yoga Day. Imagine 2000+ folks moving and breathing together. Pure goosebumps.
  • Themed Yoga Workshops: Want to try arm balancing, Iyengar yoga with props, or get a proper intro to Ashtanga? These sessions are for you.
  • Soulful Gatherings: Guru Purnima, bhajans, sound baths, and sound meditation sessions. Some events feel more like a reset button for your mind.
  • Outdoor Yoga Experiences: Yoga by the lake at sunrise, treks to Makali Durga hills - nature just adds to the high.
  • Yoga Talk: Every Saturday, I host a free, no-frills hangout at our Indiranagar studio. Ask, share, or just listen.

Real talk - you don’t need to be a yoga expert. Just bring yourself, and maybe a little curiosity.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Sharath from AthaYog. Been teaching yoga for 10 years, building this space for five. Indiranagar, then Jayanagar – big steps for us. City life drains people, I see it daily. Yoga here isn’t just twisting your body, adhu bittu (besides that), it’s breathing, feeling, and finding that nemmadi (peace) inside. Nimma manassu matte deha-ke shakti kodoke (give strength to mind and body). Yoga is for everyone, not just fit folks or rishimunis. You come as you are.

My Work

All kinds of yoga classes - Personal training, group sessions, pre and post natal yoga classes, yoga retreats in Bangalore, and healing sound meditation sessions.

How we teach - We blend old-school yogic wisdom with modern science. Certified by AYUSH, we use props for deeper, safer practice.

Beyond just poses - We help you release stress, calm your mind, and find real relief. Some say it’s better than coffee.

Who can join? - Burnt out, lost, or just wanting stillness? Total beginner or advanced, you’ll fit right in with us.
