We run workshops and masterclasses for anyone who’s ready to dig deeper than the usual daily practice. It’s not just about the asanas - we get into why we do what we do, and how it all fits together, so you actually feel progress, not just sweat.

My Story
We kicked off Absolute Yoga in 2017, just wanting a space where anyone could walk in and feel at home. I’ve seen all sides of yoga - old-school ashram vibes, city studios, you name it. Here, it’s not about perfect poses or showing off. Some days you’re strong, other days you’re just breathing through it. That’s the real deal. We’re now 800+ strong, with a big new studio for aerial yoga, but the heart stays the same: it’s about you and your journey, no frills.

Personal Guidance - Small group yoga sessions so we can actually see you, correct your form, and suggest changes that fit your body.
Yoga for Every Body - Props like blocks, straps, chairs—yoga with props makes it work for everyone, no matter your level or flexibility.
Yoga for Real Life - It’s not about being flexible or fit. Yoga for beginners and regulars, focused on consistency, not just motivation.
