My mat has seen happy days, tough days, and everything in between. I get that you might join class feeling energetic or completely drained, and that's totally okay. My main thing is: just show up, however you are.
My Way of Practicing
For me, yoga isn’t about nailing the perfect pose. I like to keep things real and focus on getting just a little bit better each day. We’ll celebrate the tiny wins, stay patient, and remind ourselves that the journey matters way more than the finish line.

- My main style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, so expect both energetic guided Vinyasa Flow streaming and traditional Mysore self-paced sessions

My Story
Hey, I’m Suhani. My mat’s seen every shade of me—sometimes in the mountains, sometimes by Bali’s waves, sometimes just in my living room with two boys crawling over me. Motherhood and yoga, both messy and magical. Practice gets paused for questions or chants, but we show up, imperfect and real. I blend travel, yoga, and being a mom, finding my own strength and softness in the chaos. Moms, we don’t stop dreaming. We just dream with full hands.
