About this collection

I intentionally cap my group batches at 15 students because I need to clearly see your form through the screen. If you are a mom trying to fit this in between school drops and nap times, I also provide class recordings for 48 hours, so you never feel behind if the kids need you during the live session.

You do not need a pristine studio or total silence to start your practice. I teach from the perspective that yoga is a tool for navigating life, not an escape from it. Whether you are recovering from childbirth, managing back pain from carrying a toddler, or simply trying to reclaim 60 minutes for your mental health, my sessions are designed to be practical.

My Approach for Parents

  • Adaptability: We work with what you have. I teach you how to use household items like cushions or belts if you do not have professional yoga blocks.
  • Post-Natal Support: I offer specialized guidance for core rebuilding and pelvic floor health, ensuring you move safely after pregnancy.
  • Ashtanga & Hatha: My classes blend energetic Vinyasa flows to build strength with Hatha sequences to calm the nervous system, helping you manage the fatigue that often comes with parenting.

Traveling to a studio takes time you likely do not have. My online interactive sessions allow you to be home, safe and comfortable, while still getting the benefits of a live class. We keep the cameras on because I want to correct your posture, preventing injury and ensuring you get the most out of every stretch.
