Why I Host These Retreats
I’m Suhani, and for me, yoga is not just about asanas - it’s about finding santosh param sukham (the deepest happiness in contentment). My retreats are a way to help you reconnect with yourself, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been on this path for years. I blend my love for travel, motherhood, and wellness into every trip.
What You’ll Experience
Every retreat is a little different, but here’s what’s usually on the cards:
- Nature-based yoga retreats, with daily Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa sessions outside - sometimes on the beach, sometimes in the mountains.
- Mindful retreat experiences, like meditation, pranayama, kriyas, and sound healing - we don’t just do yoga, we go deeper into holistic healing sessions.
- Cultural immersion yoga trips, with visits to local sacred sites and getting a taste of local traditions.
- A warm, supportive community. You’ll meet people from all walks of life and share your stories - sab apne types ke log milte hain (you’ll find your kind of people).
Past Retreats
In Bali, we chased waterfalls, did sunrise yoga, and soaked up healing energy at water temples. Himachal was about connecting with the panchabhuta - the five elements - and feeling the calm of the mountains.
Who Comes
You don’t need to be “zen” to join. If you’re tired, excited, unsure, or just curious, you’re welcome. My only advice - come as you are, trust the process, and let the journey unfold.

My Story
Hey, I’m Suhani. My mat’s seen every shade of me—sometimes in the mountains, sometimes by Bali’s waves, sometimes just in my living room with two boys crawling over me. Motherhood and yoga, both messy and magical. Practice gets paused for questions or chants, but we show up, imperfect and real. I blend travel, yoga, and being a mom, finding my own strength and softness in the chaos. Moms, we don’t stop dreaming. We just dream with full hands.

Yoga Therapy & Classes - I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, and pre and post natal yoga classes online, all levels welcome.
Yoga Retreats - I host immersive Bali yoga retreat and wellness getaways for deeper practice and relaxation.
How I Teach - We focus on breath, intention, and Kaizen yoga philosophy—progress, not perfection.
Who Can Join - Anyone wanting to reconnect with body and mind, especially moms. Grow, flow, and just be.
