Yoga’s my go-to when things get too much. It’s not just about nailing a pose – it’s about tuning out the outside world and tuning into what’s going on inside. You’ll see me mess up sometimes, but that’s part of it. I’ve had my share of wobbly headstands and awkward flows. If you stick with it, you’ll get there. We’re here for progress, not for looking perfect.

How My Classes Work

All my online yoga sessions mix Hatha and Vinyasa styles. I walk you through each movement, breaking things down so you know what’s happening with your body. Some days we’ll hold poses and talk about proper alignment, other days we’ll flow with our breath. I always add stretches and mindful movement so you finish feeling recharged and centered.

Who’s Welcome

  • Total beginners? You’re absolutely welcome. I’ll break down every pose, even the tricky stuff, so it feels doable.
  • If you’ve been practicing for a while, we’ll dive into deeper work – maybe arm balances, maybe flexibility and strength. I’ll help you push your limits safely.

Using Props & Building Confidence

We’ll use whatever helps – walls, blocks, wheels – to make things work for your body. Props aren’t cheating, they’re just tools. And honestly, the best part is watching folks breathe in power and exhale all that doubt. Breathwork for stress relief is a huge focus. Yoga’s not just for your body, it’s for your mind too.

My Story

Hey, I’m Deepanshi. I teach yoga, but that’s just one slice of my life. You’ll usually spot me in my balcony garden, covered in soil, or lost in some DIY craft that takes forever but makes me weirdly happy. I love traveling – Udaipur’s lakes, Aussie kangaroos, koalas snoozing – all that magic sticks with me. I’m big on living green, making my own bio-enzymes, and connecting everything: yoga, creativity, travel, and the planet. Sab kuch ek saath hai (everything’s together).

My Work

Yoga classes for every mood - I offer online Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, plus Surya Namaskar guidance and even aerial silks practice.

Real, honest teaching style - I’m all about showing up, not chasing perfection. I share my fails too; growth is messy, and that’s okay.

Safe space for everyone - Feeling overwhelmed? My classes help you turn inward, breathe, and find calm. Newbies or pros, all are welcome.
