My mat isn't just for the living room. Whether I’m on a quiet beach in Lakshadweep or traveling through Sri Lanka, my practice keeps me grounded, wherever I go.

A morning self-practice on a beautiful wooden deck in Laos. This balancing pose, with a bind, felt so grounding amidst the lush greenery.

If someone does it again, it’s not a mistake anymore. A sunrise yoga flow on the beach in Lakshadweep, a moment for quiet reflection and setting intentions.

The light runs wild within her. A silhouette of Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) against a stunning sunset on Agatti Island, Lakshadweep.

It’s amazing how we let go of things we thought we couldn't live without and still keep growing. A handstand in a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

About this collection

Practicing while traveling taught me that you don't need a perfect studio or a quiet hour to show up. Often, my 'mat' is just a patch of floor in a hotel room or a sliver of beach at sunrise. If you’re struggling to build a routine because life feels chaotic or you are always on the move, let’s talk about how to integrate 15 minutes of flow into your busiest days—no gear required.

We often think yoga requires a dedicated space or a fancy studio. But my most profound practices have happened on wooden decks in Laos or on the damp sand of Agatti Island. When you remove the barriers of 'perfect conditions', you start to see that yoga is about the internal landscape, not the external one.

For students struggling to maintain a routine, travel is actually a great teacher. It forces you to simplify. When you are in a new city or balancing a hectic work schedule, your practice should be flexible. I teach my students how to carry their practice with them:

  • Minimalist Flow: How to perform a full Vinyasa sequence in a hotel room using just a towel if you forgot your mat.
  • Breath-First Transitions: Using Pranayama to regulate your nervous system when flight delays or travel anxiety hits.
  • Adaptability: Learning to shift between Hatha and Vinyasa depending on your energy levels after a long day of exploring or meetings.

My classes, whether online or in-person in Delhi NCR, focus on this kind of resilience. We don't aim for the perfect handstand in every setting; we aim for consistency. If you want to build a practice that travels with you, that handles your stress, and keeps you feeling 'Santosh' (contentment) even when the schedule gets messy, let’s work together. I help you build a sequence that fits into your pocket, ready for whenever you have a moment to breathe.
