Yoga Poses and Flow Sequences for Your Daily Practice
Explore a collection of poses and sequences I use in my own daily practice. Whether you are looking to build strength or just need a moment of peace on your mat, these flows are designed to meet you exactly where you are today.
Thanking my mat today for holding space for every version of me. A flow from headstand to standing, celebrating International Yoga Day in a peaceful park.
Balance is what we need, everywhere. A standing balance sequence, moving from a quad stretch into Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, a great practice for focus.
You can be a mess and still continue. A deep hamstring stretch, reminding myself that it's okay to not have it all together. Just keep showing up.
The gorgeousness of backbends. A home practice of Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), showing the deep opening of the chest, shoulders, and hip flexors.
About this collection
These flows aren't about chasing the perfect shape or looking flexible on camera. My focus is on the transition—moving with your breath so the movement becomes a meditation rather than a workout. If you are struggling with a pose, look at how I use the breath to move into the stretch rather than forcing it; that is the secret to sustaining a long-term home practice without injury.
Yoga isn't a destination, and it certainly isn't about being perfectly still or flexible from day one. I share these sequences because they are part of my own process—from the days I feel strong to the days I just need to stretch out the tightness from sitting or carrying kids.
When we practice flow, we are really practicing how to move through life. We learn to stay present when a pose gets difficult and to soften when we feel tense. In my online sessions, we break these sequences down so you can practice safely at home, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique.
I believe in the 'Kaizen' approach: 1% better every day. We don't need a grand, two-hour practice to make progress. Sometimes, just ten minutes on the mat with consistent breathing does more for your nervous system than a forced, hour-long workout. If you are based in Delhi NCR or anywhere else, my live, small-group sessions are built around this philosophy. We focus on real-time feedback to ensure your alignment is safe and that you are building genuine strength, not just imitating a shape you saw online.
