About Yoga Instruction
Why Yoga Feels Like Home
Yoga, for me, is how I keep coming back to myself. I’ve had my share of self-doubt, but every time I step on the mat, something shifts. Yoga isn’t just about the poses - it’s where I learned to trust myself, to slow down, and just breathe.
My Style & What You Can Expect
You won’t find any “yoga pretzel” competitions here. My classes blend gentle vinyasa flow with Hatha, and sometimes we count our breaths in Sanskrit for that old-school touch. I like to keep things relaxed - aaramaagi (chilled out) - so you can listen to your body, not just push through. We usually start with a beginner yoga routine: Classical Surya Namaskara, core poses like Plank and Downward-Facing Dog, and safe backbends. Good music is always part of the plan.
For Anyone Who Wants a Real Reset
If you’re new or just want to feel more at home on the mat, these classes are for you. No need to be “flexible enough” or “good at yoga.” Just show up as you are. A lot of us come for yoga for anxiety relief, or just to feel a bit lighter.
Practice With Me
Banni (come) to an in-person class if you want that studio vibe, or join online from anywhere. My goal is simple: create a space where you can drop the act, be yourself, and maybe laugh at how awkward we all feel sometimes.
I’m here to help you find your rhythm. That’s it.

My Story
Hellooo cutie pie! I used to be a nerd, gold medal and all, but now? Full-on artist mode! Life keeps throwing curveballs, I keep showing up. Solo trips, hostel life, strangers turning friends - that’s my jam. Sarees make me feel super sexy and feminine, just like my art. My home, Pavna’s abode, gets dolled up for Diwali. Some days are tough, but I find joy in small things. If you’re struggling, hang in there. Love ya!
My Work
Yoga, Art & Murals - I teach beginner-friendly yoga classes, paint murals, and make hand-painted floral calendars. I also take art commissions.
Mural Wall Painting - I decorate walls with big, bold art. Bringing joy to spaces is my thing. Never thought I’d love painting walls so much!
Art & Crochet Workshops - From loose floral paintings to crochet hearts, I run fun workshops. Seeing people smile at my work is the best.
Yoga Journey - Yoga helps me stay calm and disciplined. My classes focus on taking things slow, one breath at a time.
