I use yoga to hit pause on all the chaos, not just to stretch or do fancy poses. It’s become my way to slow down, breathe better, and feel more like myself again - especially when life’s been heavy. I believe in yoga that helps you reconnect, find your main character energy, and let go of the idea you have to be perfect.

My online Hatha yoga classes happen in the mornings. They’re for anyone, whether you’re just starting or you’ve done yoga for years. We keep it real simple - mindful movement for beginners and old-timers both, no judgment, just show up as you are. No pressure to twist into a pretzel or keep up with anyone else.

  • Classes are virtual, so you can join from home, chill in your pajamas if you want
  • Small class sizes - I actually pay attention to each person
  • We focus on mindful movement, using Hatha Yoga and a bit of Ayurveda
  • Space to breathe, move, and just feel whatever’s coming up

My Story

Hey! I’m Damini from Bangalore. Life for me is about moments—good food, travel, and my two little furry managers, Pari and Benne. Paris was always my dream, and I finally made it. But, not gonna lie, this year’s been tough. Lost my cat, felt lost myself. Movement kinda saved me, even when I had to do it scared. I’m all about chasing that main character vibe, one step at a time.
