My online Hatha yoga classes happen in the mornings. They’re for anyone, whether you’re just starting or you’ve done yoga for years. We keep it real simple - mindful movement for beginners and old-timers both, no judgment, just show up as you are. No pressure to twist into a pretzel or keep up with anyone else.
Healing takes time, and seriously, it’s okay not to be perfect. You just need to show up for yourself.
