- Themes: Monthly changing themes like Power Yoga or Flexibility to ensure variety.
- Props: Guidance on using home items like cushions or belts for assistance.
Community Support
- Group Access: Entry to the member community for peer motivation.
- Guidance: Verbal cues and alignment corrections provided to the group during live sessions.
12 Week Transformation Program
Core Curriculum
- Duration: 12 week commitment with approximately 36 live sessions.
- Schedule: Live classes held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Focus: Structured specifically for fat loss, core strength, and hormonal balance including PCOS or Thyroid management.
Nutrition and Resources
- Dietary Guide: Includes mindful eating modules and 100+ vegetarian recipes for fat loss.
- Video Library: Lifetime access to 80+ recorded videos and 24 specific self practice sequences.
Holistic Coaching
- Mindset: Modules on self hypnosis, stress management, and emotional release.
- Accountability: Access to a specific batch cohort group for progress tracking.

I believe yoga is about finding your own answers, not chasing after perfect poses for Instagram. After becoming a mom, I saw how much my body and mind could change, and honestly, I want to help you connect with your own strength in a way that feels real and doable.
How My Online Classes Work
Live group yoga sessions, not pre-recorded videos. We're together, practicing in real time, wherever you are. Every class blends asana, pranayama, and meditation. I keep it raw and supportive - you’ll never feel lost in a crowd or judged for being new.
Who Fits In Here
- Yoga for beginners online: I explain everything, suggest props, and make sure you feel safe.
- Advanced folks: We deep dive into peak poses and strength work.
- Postnatal yoga online classes: I get the postpartum struggle, so there’s space for you to heal and reconnect.
- If you’re stressed, burnt out, or just want peace, we do a mix of physical and emotional practices to help you find balance.
What to Expect
- Monthly themes keep things fresh.
- We build up to challenging poses together, learning sahi tareeke se (the right way).
- Not all intensity - there’s chill sessions too, like Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
- I swear by showing up regularly, even if it’s just 10 minutes - wahi toh asli mazza hai (that’s where the real joy is).
Classes happen three times a week, morning and evening slots. Come as you are.

My Story
Ten years in yoga, still learning. Motherhood changed me, slowed me down, made me softer. 2024 was all about Jia, my little one, and me finding my way back to the mat. Post-delivery, even headstands felt scary! But I kept it gentle, like babies do. Now, I care more about small moments—family, festivals, hugs. I don’t rush. I show up, present. That’s my real yoga.
