This pose, for me, is like a physical expression of finding harmony within yourself. It requires focus, flexibility, and a quiet mind, which are the core principles I bring into my Hatha and Ashtanga yoga classes.

I love using props like a simple chair to explore advanced poses like Firefly (Tittibhasana). It shows that with creativity and the right support, we can make even the most challenging arm balances more accessible and playful.

This progress photo shows my journey with Kala Bhairavasana, or Shiva Pose, over a year. It’s a testament to how consistent practice builds not just physical strength in the arms and core, but also deepens focus and balance.

Opening the heart in this variation of Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is about more than just a deep backbend. It’s about cultivating kindness and releasing stress, a key focus in my breathwork and asana sessions.
This was me back in 2019, happy just to get my feet off the ground in Crow Pose (Kakasana). It’s a joyful reminder that every expert was once a beginner, and the real growth happens when you embrace the learning process.

About Yoga Instruction

How I See Yoga

Yoga, for me, is way more than just poses or routines. It’s a way to connect body, mind, and breath, and sometimes, it’s messy. I don’t chase perfection, but I do look for that spark where you feel stronger inside and out. Energy flows through the room when we practice together - some days it’s calm, sometimes it’s wild.

What To Expect

We’ll dive into Hatha yoga for beginners and Ashtanga basics, but I try to keep things playful. I use props - yeah, blocks and chairs, sometimes even silly examples (Spiderman, anyone?) to break down tricky stuff. There’s discipline and focus, but we also laugh. Breathwork isn’t just for yoga - it helps with everyday stress too.

Who Can Join?

You don’t have to be flexible or super fit. If you’re willing to show up, you belong here. Classes work for all levels, whether it’s your first class or you’re after arm balance yoga workshop sessions.

Special Focus

I’m certified for safe yoga for pregnancy (prenatal yoga), and I offer deeper workshops for advanced poses like inversions and backbends. Everything is step-by-step, safety first.

My Journey

I’ve had injuries and setbacks (hello, shoulder pain), but that’s taught me loads about patience and rest. It’s not always easy, but showing up for yourself is where real growth happens.

My Story

Started yoga in 2019, and wow, just getting my feet off the ground in crow pose felt like a party! But then, Pincha Mayurasana humbled me. Hurt my shoulder, learned about rest (the hard way). Still, every stumble made me stronger. 750+ hours training, still learning, still falling sometimes. That’s why I teach – because yoga’s not about nailing every pose, it’s about loving the journey, bruises and all.

My Work

What I Teach - I offer online Hatha, Ashtanga, and Prenatal yoga for beginners and up. Soon, in-person classes in Bangalore and Chennai!

Practice Over Perfection - We focus on the yoga journey, not just perfect poses. It’s about showing up, moving with awareness, and having fun.
