About Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Why I Teach the Way I Do
Motherhood changed how I see yoga. My own mat has seen everything - toys scattered, noise, those rare quiet minutes. I teach because I know what it’s like to crave a breather in all this mess. My style isn’t about perfecting poses. It’s about being real - coming as you are, and finding a bit of peace even with chaos around.
What to Expect
- Each session is all about you. Whether you’re pregnant or just became a mom, I tailor the practice to fit where you are right now.
- We’ll focus on safe yoga during pregnancy, with gentle stretches to help with aches, prep your body for labor, and give you space to connect with your baby.
- If you’re postpartum, we keep things gentle. Think slow moves, some postpartum core strengthening, and a lot of focus on healing, both physically and emotionally.
- Breathwork (pranayama) is big here - it helps with stress, sleep, and energy, and honestly, it keeps me sane too.
How We Roll
- You can join in from home, online, no fancy setup needed. Grab a pillow or a blanket if you want extra support.
- I believe in 'Santosh Param Sukham' (finding happiness in contentment). No pressure, no judgement. Some days you’ll feel strong, some days not so much - both are okay.
- Yoga for new moms isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about showing up, even if you’re still in your pajamas.
Let’s keep it simple and honest - just you, me, and a practice that fits real life.

My Story
Hey, I’m Suhani. My mat’s seen every shade of me—sometimes in the mountains, sometimes by Bali’s waves, sometimes just in my living room with two boys crawling over me. Motherhood and yoga, both messy and magical. Practice gets paused for questions or chants, but we show up, imperfect and real. I blend travel, yoga, and being a mom, finding my own strength and softness in the chaos. Moms, we don’t stop dreaming. We just dream with full hands.
