How My Yoga Classes Work
I mix Vinyasa Flow for weight loss, Ashtanga, and Power Yoga to get your body moving and sweating. The sessions are not all about chill - sometimes you’ll curse me when your arms shake in plank, but that’s where the magic happens.

Main Yogi Mohan hoon (I am Yogi Mohan). This studio isn’t just mats and walls, it’s where people come to heal. I’ve been at this for 20+ years - Yoga Acharya, Therapist, Chiropractor, Reiki Master, all rolled in one. Dekho, sab kuch judta hai (everything is connected) - mind, body, spirit. I’ve seen folks walk in with back pain, walk out smiling. PCOS, stress, fast life - we tackle it together. Rajouri Garden is home, and here, we’re family. We do yoga, we laugh, we celebrate Holi - real people, real stories.
My Work
Holistic Yoga & Healing - I do traditional yoga, yoga therapy for back pain, PCOS yoga management, chiropractic, cupping, and Reiki healing for stress.
Classes for All Levels - Beginners, advanced yogis, senior citizens, and kids - all welcome. Gymnastics for kids and online batches too.
Weight Loss & Core Strength - Special weight loss batch, inch loss yoga, and easy routines for stomach fat kam karna hai (reduce belly fat).
