A healthy spine is the foundation of a healthy life. This sequence shows the progression into Ustrasana (Camel Pose) and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), deep backbends that open the heart, improve flexibility, and release tension from the entire back.
Correct alignment is everything. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to a student in a deep forward bend. I ensure everyone in my class, from beginners to advanced, practices safely to get the maximum benefit from each asana.
