This is my offline and online advanced batch working on a weight loss and strength training workout. The sequence includes push-up variations and inversions to build full-body strength.

The weight loss batch practicing Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). This sequence is a complete workout for the physical system, building strength and flexibility while empowering you to break free from compulsive life cycles.

My classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced. Here, a student is working on a challenging flamingo pose variation, showcasing the progress that is possible with dedicated practice.
