What Makes Us Different
I call this aapka apna workout parivaar (your own workout family) because here, you’re not just joining a class, you’re joining a crew that pushes, laughs, and grows together. The vibe is full-on energetic, not the slow, quiet yoga type. We keep things gym se bhi hard (harder than the gym), but honestly, masti ke saath (with fun).
The Workout Khichdi
No boring repeats. I mix power yoga for fat loss with high intensity workout classes - battle ropes, agility ladders, CrossFit-inspired moves, and weights. We throw in fun cardio routines too, like Zumba, aerobics, and stepper workouts. Sometimes you’ll catch us using sticks for side fat, chairs for full-body moves, or drills for belly fat reduction exercises. Sessions are fast, sweaty, and always changing.
Team Effort, Real Results
We work out in a group, but I keep an eye on everyone. I’ll correct your form, hype you up, and make sure no one feels left out. We celebrate every win, no matter how small. In this family, sab saath hain (everyone’s together) and nobody gets left behind.
One Month Challenge
People ask - ek mahine mein farak dikhega? (Will you see a difference in one month?) Bilkul! I’ve seen it happen. If you show up and give it your best, kuch bhi asambhav nahi hai (nothing’s impossible).

My Story
Namaste ji! Main Satvik Power Yoga se hoon. Yahan hum sirf yoga nahi karte, ek parivaar ki tarah saath rehte hain. Log yahan weight loss ke liye nahi, khushi ke liye bhi aate hain. Har din naye dost milte hain, masti hoti hai. 'आप सब की दोस्ती को नज़र ना लगे.' (May your friendship be protected). Yahan hum milke hanste, mehnat karte, aur zindagi ko khul kar jeete hain. 'जीवन का क्या पता कब क्या हो जाये.' (Who knows what might happen in life).
