Namaste! We’re Yoga Fettle Journey, but honestly, it feels more like a family than a brand. Started by Amanpreet after leaving banking, YFJ grew from her own family's transformation with yoga. Since 2011, we've been all about real, practical healing—no show-off stuff. From homes to embassies, we’ve helped folks with back pain, pregnancy, and just feeling better.
