Yoga, Calisthenics & Gymnastics Fusion in Rajouri Garden
I blend traditional yoga with calisthenics and gymnastics drills to build real-world strength. From explosive box jumps to the human flag, we take your fitness beyond just the mat.
The Human Flag is the art of defying gravity. It's a pure calisthenics move that requires incredible oblique and lat strength. At my studio, we combine yoga, calisthenics, and gymnastics under one roof.
This standing box jump is an explosive plyometric exercise that builds power in the legs and core. I integrate athletic drills like this to improve cardiovascular fitness and overall athletic ability.
We incorporate gymnastics drills into our training. Here, students are learning a back rollover using a barrel, a safe way to build the strength and confidence needed for more advanced tumbling skills.
Don't be afraid of failure. Here, I am spotting my students as they build upper body strength by climbing the stall bars. This is a great way to develop the power needed for pull-ups and other advanced moves.
Hanuman Dand is a traditional Indian exercise that builds incredible upper body strength, core stability, and flexibility. It's a challenging and rewarding addition to any fitness routine.
This clip shows a mix of asana, cardio, and CrossFit style training. We move from dynamic leg lifts to deep backbends, creating a workout that challenges the body in multiple ways for complete fitness.
This is my personal calisthenics practice. Using parallettes for an L-sit hold builds immense core compression strength and stability in the shoulders, a key part of my own training regimen.
This is the best way to learn the handstand press. Using the wall for support helps you understand the mechanics of the press and build the necessary shoulder and core strength to eventually do it freestanding.
This power pushup is a new variation I developed to build explosive strength. It's a challenging move that combines elements of gymnastics and calisthenics to take your pushup game to the next level.
Every day, try something new. This wall exercise is a fun and creative way to work on mobility, coordination, and strength, proving that workouts don't have to be repetitive.
About Yoga, Calisthenics & Gymnastics Fusion
Forget static poses. We use stall bars, ropes, and gymnastics drills to force your core to fire up differently every single session. Whether you are struggling to hold a handstand or just want to build functional strength, my studio in Rajouri Garden gives you the raw equipment to actually master these moves rather than just trying to mimic them.
People often ask me why I mix yoga with gymnastics and calisthenics. The answer is simple. Your body needs variety to grow. While traditional asanas are great for flexibility and peace of mind, adding movements like the human flag, box jumps, and stall bar work forces your nervous system to wake up.
In my Rajouri Garden studio, we do not just hold poses. We build explosive power. We use equipment like Swedish ladders and crash mats to help you safely progress toward advanced moves like the handstand press or deeper backbends.
If you are stuck on a plateau or just bored of the same routine, this fusion style is for you. It builds functional strength that you can actually use in daily life, not just on the mat. Whether you want to master a headstand or build core stability through compression drills, I am here to spot you, correct your form, and push you past what you think you can do. My classes are about real results and real sweat, so come ready to work.
