I see a lot of folks get stuck after mastering basic yoga. Baat simple hai (It’s simple): you want to go further, but the next level feels tough. I help you break through that block, not just with motivation, but with real, sweaty work. This class mixes advanced yoga with calisthenics for yoga practitioners, so you build proper strength and flexibility together.

What We’ll Actually Do

  • Deep backbend techniques like Chakrasana and Purna Ustrasana – great for your spine, but tough, so I guide you with props and alignment.
  • Full splits and hip openers – we’ll do advanced flexibility drills for Hanumanasana and middle splits.
  • Handstand strength training, arm balances, and tough inversions – Crow, Peacock, Handstand – but we build the strength first, then work the pose.
  • Calisthenics drills: push-up variations, core compression, and body conditioning. Main mehnat karni padti hai (You really have to work hard here).

How I Teach

With 20+ years in this, I keep things safe. I give hands-on adjustments and use props like walls, blocks, and chairs to make sure you learn the right way. No shortcuts, just smart work. Alignment and injury prevention matter most.

Who Should Join

Intermediate and advanced yogis who want to push limits. Classes at my Rajouri Garden studio, online, or as personal training - up to you.

My Story

Main Yogi Mohan hoon (I am Yogi Mohan). This studio isn’t just mats and walls, it’s where people come to heal. I’ve been at this for 20+ years - Yoga Acharya, Therapist, Chiropractor, Reiki Master, all rolled in one. Dekho, sab kuch judta hai (everything is connected) - mind, body, spirit. I’ve seen folks walk in with back pain, walk out smiling. PCOS, stress, fast life - we tackle it together. Rajouri Garden is home, and here, we’re family. We do yoga, we laugh, we celebrate Holi - real people, real stories.

My Work

Holistic Yoga & Healing - I do traditional yoga, yoga therapy for back pain, PCOS yoga management, chiropractic, cupping, and Reiki healing for stress.

Classes for All Levels - Beginners, advanced yogis, senior citizens, and kids - all welcome. Gymnastics for kids and online batches too.

Weight Loss & Core Strength - Special weight loss batch, inch loss yoga, and easy routines for stomach fat kam karna hai (reduce belly fat).

Advanced Yoga Training - Want more? We do backbending, side splits, arm balancing, and calisthenics for next-level strength.
