For those ready to challenge themselves, I guide you through advanced asanas that build incredible strength, focus, and body control. We work on everything from headstands and handstands to complex arm balances like Mayurasana and Kukkutasana, always focusing on safe progression.

Flexibility & Deep Stretching

We work on increasing your range of motion safely and effectively. This cluster showcases our focus on forward bends, backbends, and hip openers, using props like chairs and blocks to help you go deeper into each stretch and unlock flexibility you never knew you had.

Yoga, Calisthenics & Gymnastics Fusion

My classes are not just traditional yoga. I blend in elements from calisthenics and gymnastics to build functional, full-body strength, from explosive box jumps to gravity-defying moves like the human flag. This fusion approach delivers comprehensive, real-world fitness.
