Why I Do Workshops
Mera maanna hai, yoga sirf ek routine nahi, ek poori lifestyle hai. Daily practice zaroori hai, par sometimes you need that extra push - thoda aur gehra jaane ka time. Mere workshops isi liye hain - ek topic pe dhyaan, ek level aur upar jaane ke liye.

- Sound Healing & Meditation: Yeh waala session next-level sukoon deta hai. Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs - pura sound bowl meditation session jaisa. Vibration se mind shaant, body relax, aur stress nikal jaata hai.
- Advanced Asana Workshops: Headstand ya backbend impossible lagta hai? Mere saath try karo. Sab kuch step by step, props ka use - wall, wheel, belt - sab beginners ke liye bhi safe. Especially if you want to try inversion yoga for beginners, this is the place.
- Partner & Acro Yoga: Thoda masti, thoda teamwork. Dost, bhai-behen, ya partner ke saath aao - perfect pose se zyada, yahan trust, balance aur ek doosre ko support karna sikhte hain. Matlab ek acro yoga community events jaisa feel.

My Story
Namaste dosto, Madhulika here. Used to be a CA, crunching numbers, now I’m all about the yoga mat. Yoga ne mujhe 'sukun' diya, so I started sharing it here in Paschim Vihar for the last eight years. Our centre is more like a family, honestly. I’m not perfect - coffee lover, reel scroller - but yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection. Bas, yoga karo, nirog raho. (Do yoga, stay healthy).
