Sound Healing & Meditation Workshops in Paschim Vihar
Stress is real, but so is the fix. Come lie down on the mat, listen to the bowls, and let the vibrations do the heavy lifting. No magic tricks, just science, silence, and a bit of deep-tissue relaxation.
Experience a journey where sound becomes silence within. In my sound healing sessions, I use Tibetan bowls and gongs to create vibrations that calm the mind and release deep-seated stress from the body. You just lie back, relax, and let the healing sounds wash over you.
Sound has a scientifically proven impact on our bodies at a cellular level. It can help manage stress, anxiety, and even high blood pressure. In this video, I explain how our sound healing workshops use this power to promote deep relaxation and healing.
When sound becomes medicine. This is a group photo from one of our sound healing workshops, where we shared a morning of magical silence and smiles. The collective energy in these sessions is truly special.
A glimpse into the serene atmosphere of our sound healing workshop. Surrounded by candlelight and the gentle resonance of singing bowls, my students enter a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Don't just take my word for it. Listen to what my students have to say. After a sound healing session, they often share feelings of deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of peace they haven't felt in a long time. These real experiences are what make my work so rewarding.
Meditation is simplified when you connect with your breath. Here at the Adi Yogi statue in Coimbatore, I shared a simple technique of 'sakshi bhav' or witness consciousness. If you want to learn more, please come to my yoga center.
Someone once asked Buddha what he gained from meditation. He said, "Nothing." But he then listed what he lost: anger, fear, anxiety, and ego. Here, my students are practicing Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, a powerful pranayama to calm the mind.
This graphic represents the core of our meditation classes, held from Monday to Friday. It's a dedicated time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your inner self, finding stillness and peace.
Even a 5-minute meditation session can change your day. This series of graphics breaks down a simple practice you can do anywhere.
Step 1: Preparation. The first step to any meditation is finding a comfortable space and consciously relaxing your body. This simple act signals to your mind that it's time to slow down.
About Sound Healing & Meditation: Find Your Inner Calm
My sessions are not just about playing some relaxing music in the background. I use a 7-piece Tibetan chakra set and crystal bowls specifically calibrated to induce deep-tissue resonance. We start every session with guided pranayama to settle your nervous system, then transition into a 90-minute passive sound bath designed to target stress and anxiety at a cellular level, not just the surface.
The Science Behind the Sound
Sound healing is not about mysticism; it is about physics. When we play gongs, Koshi chimes, and singing bowls, the sound waves create vibrations that travel through the body. This is why you feel a tangible shift in your state—it slows down your brainwaves, moving you from the busy 'beta' state into the relaxed 'alpha' and 'theta' states. This is where real stress relief and physical healing begin.
What Happens in a 90-Minute Session
We don't do quick fixes.
- Pranayama (Breathwork): We start here to anchor your attention.
- Sound Bath: You lie down on high-density yoga mats. I use the 7-piece brass chakra set and frosted crystal singing bowls to create an immersive auditory environment.
- Visualization & Nidra: We close with guided relaxation to integrate the experience.
Why Practice at My Studio?
I strictly cap these sessions at 15 participants. Why? Because healing needs space. You won't be cramped in a crowded hall. The studio is fully air-conditioned and kitted out with props—bolsters for your knees, eye masks, and studio-grade mats—so you can actually disconnect from the city noise of Paschim Vihar.
A Note on Commitment
People ask if they need experience. You don't. Whether you are dealing with high blood pressure, sleep issues, or just a mind that refuses to shut off, this is for you. But remember, health is an investment, not an expense. When you are ready to prioritize your peace over temporary fixes, I will see you on the mat.
Yogiks Yoga
I’m Madhulika. I used to be a CA, crunching numbers until I realized that true health isn't found in spreadsheets, but on a yoga mat. I run my studio here in Paschim Vihar like a family because yoga isn't about looking perfect—it's about the connection between your body, breath, and mind.
