About Yoga Workshops & Intensives
Why I Hold These Workshops
Yoga was always my way to find balance, not something I planned to teach. My workshops and intensives are for anyone wanting to go deeper than regular classes. It’s not just about the poses - it’s about charging up, healing, and finding some real quiet inside.
What Happens Here
Each session has a theme, so you get to focus on one aspect at a time. Some examples:
- Yoga purification rituals like prāṇāyāma and Trāṭaka for calm and clarity
- Ashtanga yoga masterclass where we break down the Primary Series, focusing on technique and nervous system reset
- Inversion technique training for headstands and forearm balances, building strength safely
- Backbend and spine mobility sessions using strength, not just flexibility
- Emotional release yoga workshop for hip-opening and letting go of stuck feelings
Sometimes I invite my own teachers from Mysore or other yogis for special workshops. During festivals like International Yoga Day, I team up with clubs and communities for masterclasses that mix yoga with music or sound baths.

My Story
Hi, I’m the so-called accidental yoga teacher. Didn’t start out to teach—my Sādhanā was just for me, after years in the corporate grind. I stumbled into sharing my practice, not chasing likes or perfection. I’ve messed up, got anxious, even lost a big campaign. But I see now, that was all part of my path. Yoga for me is about letting go, not showing off. Now, teaching is just an honest extension of my own search for balance.
My Work
Holistic Yoga Classes & Workshops - I offer group and self-paced sessions in Delhi, focusing on Ashtanga, Hatha, sound healing yoga, and special themes like 108 Surya Namaskars workshop.
Yoga Beyond Exercise - If you’re not using your breath and bandha, it’s not yoga. I guide you to a mindful asana practice, not just a workout.
Balance Over Perfection - Yoga’s about Sthiram Sukham balance, not perfect poses. We work with your body’s strengths and weaknesses.
Emotional Release and Surrender - We explore how hips hold stress. Depth in asana comes from surrender, not force—yoga for emotional release.
Supportive Community Energy - My shala has a peaceful vibe because of the people. I give my energy to help students grow, heal, and find calm.
