Why Try Our Workshops?

I’ve seen how regular yoga can change lives, but sometimes you just want to dig a little deeper or sort out something specific. That’s where our specialized yoga workshops come in. Each week, I run sessions focusing on different aspects of yoga and wellness, so you get practical tools to improve mind, body, and spirit.

What You’ll Get

  • Pranayama workshops: I’ll teach you yoga breathing techniques to help manage stress, energy, and mood. Expect hands-on practice and guidance for getting it right.
  • Meditation & mindfulness: My mindful meditation workshops break down what meditation actually is, how to start, and ways to handle tough emotions like fear or anxiety. Plus, you can join our weekly satsang for group chanting, which is honestly a vibe.
  • Yogic cleansing practices: If you’re up for it, learn traditional shat kriyas like Jala Neti or Kunjar Kriya. These can help with detox and digestion, but fair warning, they’re not everyone’s cup of chai!
  • Asana focus: Whether you want to master the headstand, fix back pain, or just get your postures straight, I’ve got sessions for you. There are even themed classes for those who love a challenge like 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar.

My Story

Namaste, Blessed Self! We are Sivananda Yoga Dwarka Centre, a nonprofit where yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s living fully, finding peace, bit by bit. Our vibe? Simple: move, breathe, eat right, chill out, and think good thoughts. Festivals like Maha Shivratri, Gurupoornima, we celebrate with pooja, bhajan, havan. Our regular satsang is open for all - just walk in, join the group, feel the energy. No barriers, all hearts welcome.
