Discover the freedom of being suspended in the air. Whether you want to fix back pain or master your first inversion, the hammock takes the weight off your joints and helps you stretch deeper in a safe, guided setting.

This is one of my favorite things about aerial yoga. It makes challenging poses like the headstand, or Shirshasana, feel almost effortless. Using the hammock for support helps decompress the spine and lets you enjoy all the benefits of inversions, like improved circulation and a natural glow, without the strain.

You don't need flexibility, strength, or past yoga experience to try aerial yoga. All you need is a desire to try something new. If I can do it, you can too. Join my beginner-friendly workshop and discover what you're capable of.

In my aerial classes, I provide hands-on guidance to help you feel comfortable and safe in the hammock. Here, I'm assisting a student with her form in an inversion, ensuring her spine is aligned and she can relax into the pose.

Our aerial workshop is a space for exploration and fun. From warrior poses in the hammock to gentle inversions, we move through sequences that challenge the body and calm the mind. Look at the smiles and focus.

The best Mother's Day gift is a shared experience. It was wonderful to see mothers and their children bonding and creating memories in our aerial yoga workshop. As one mother said, she never imagined she could do an inversion, but she did.

Taking our practice to the air with a partner aerial drill. This requires communication, trust, and a bit of courage, but the feeling of flying together is incredible. We work on sequences like this to build both strength and partnership.

About Aerial Yoga: Fly, Stretch & Decompress

Forget the circus stereotypes. In my studio, the hammock is primarily a support tool to help you get into inversions like the Shirshasana without the fear of falling or straining your neck. We keep the groups small—capped at 15—so I can personally guide you through the grip, the wrap, and the lift.
