Monthly Power Yoga & Props Membership
Class Schedule
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batches: Choice of Morning (starts 6:00 AM) or Evening (starts 5:30 PM).
- Styles: Mix of Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Core Conditioning.

- Aerial Yoga: Weekly access to studio hammocks/silks.
- Yoga Wheel: Backbending and flexibility drills.
- Stick Yoga: Bamboo lathi drills for shoulder mobility.
- Wall Ropes: Iyengar style stations for spinal traction.

- Outdoor Sessions: Saturday park events with team games.
- Cleansing: Guidance on Shatkarma practices like Jal Neti.

I believe yoga should feel like home. Our group classes are full of masti aur dosti (fun and friendship) but we don’t shy away from pushing limits. You’ll find more than just asanas - we focus on living life fully and making each moment count.
Results with Fun
I take fitness seriously. My group workouts can be tougher than regular gym sessions, with power yoga flows and core strength group workouts. There’s special attention on weight loss, especially belly fat, and building strength through exercises like planks, Naukasana, and crunches.
Always Mixing It Up
Boredom isn’t an option here. I teach aerial yoga classes for groups using silks, wheel yoga for deep stretches, and even stick yoga for those stubborn side fats. There’s wall and rope yoga to help you nail tricky poses safely. For those looking to master basics, I offer Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.
Community Vibes
This is a family-friendly yoga community. Every Saturday, we hit the park for yoga, Shatkarma, and games like kho-kho and tug of war. Once a week, we switch to group dance fitness workouts. Partner acro yoga sessions help build trust and balance. We celebrate with annual havan and bhandara - it’s all about togetherness.

Mental peace matters. Every class includes Pranayama, meditation, and yogic cleansing. I work with beginners, advanced yogis, kids, and guide women through pre-natal yoga and hormonal issues. Whatever your level - sabke liye hai (it’s for everyone).

My Story
Namaste ji! Main Satvik Power Yoga se hoon. Yahan hum sirf yoga nahi karte, ek parivaar ki tarah saath rehte hain. Log yahan weight loss ke liye nahi, khushi ke liye bhi aate hain. Har din naye dost milte hain, masti hoti hai. 'आप सब की दोस्ती को नज़र ना लगे.' (May your friendship be protected). Yahan hum milke hanste, mehnat karte, aur zindagi ko khul kar jeete hain. 'जीवन का क्या पता कब क्या हो जाये.' (Who knows what might happen in life).
