- Location: Third party boutique studios in Mumbai (typically Svadhyaya Yoga Studio, Powai or similar in Andheri).
- Batch Size: Limited to 10 to 15 people to ensure physical spotting for everyone.
Workshop Content
- Focus: Dedicated to Lift off postures (Crow, Crane, Pincha Mayurasana, Handstand) or Headstands.
- Conditioning: 45 to 60 minutes of wrist conditioning, shoulder mobility, and core activation drills.
- Methodology: Fall and Float instruction to teach safe exit strategies followed by wall assisted drills.
- Adjustments: Tactile corrections and physical assistance to fix alignment you cannot see yourself.
Amenities & Experience
- Props: Full access to studio grade yoga blocks, straps, and wall space.
- Style: Pure biomechanics focus with no chanting; includes a Q&A segment.
Live Online Technique Masterclass
Digital Delivery
- Duration: 1.5 Hours (90 Minutes) live via Zoom.
- Recording: Access to class recording provided for 24 to 48 hours for review.
- Feedback: Real time verbal cues and corrections via screen.
Curriculum
- Focus: Deep dive into a single struggle area (e.g., Fear of Headstand or Intro to Arm Balances).
- Instruction: Heavy emphasis on auditory cues to compensate for lack of physical touch.
- Home Drills: Modifications provided using common furniture like sofas, walls, or bed edges.
Student Requirements
- Space: A clear wall space is mandatory for safety.
- Props: Student must provide their own mat and yoga blocks (or books).
- Safety: Self responsibility is required as the teacher cannot physically spot you.

Why I Teach Advanced Yoga
I know how it feels to look at a headstand or arm balance and think, “Arre yaar, yeh mere bas ka nahi hai” (Man, this isn’t for me). I’ve been that person too. My workshops came from this struggle - they’re for people who want to try, even if the poses seem impossible.
Not About Insta Fame
If you just want a flashy photo for the ‘gram, this isn’t it. Here, we do the real work. We grunt, we fall, we laugh, we sigh. Then, one day, you float up and realize you’ve built actual strength. I’m obsessed with proper technique and I’ll call out sloppy alignment, but I also celebrate every tiny win.

- Online, Live: Headstand safety tips and overcoming fear of inversions right from your home. Limited spots so I can give personal attention - I’ll be watching you like a hawk.

My Story
I’m Charu. My dad raised me tough – discipline, self-respect, and a flat belly was his motto. Life threw me a curveball with back pain, disc bulges, and endless nights of sciatica. I cried, I doubted, but yoga taught me to face the raw truth. From lifting tiny weights in physio to squatting with 15kg now – I’m proud. Mumbai’s chaos, family rice and aamti in the baarish (rain), travel, all of it keeps me grateful. It’s taken a village, and I’m never forgetting that.

Yoga for Real Life - Forget Insta-perfect poses. We do blindfolded Surya Namaskar and focus on stability, breath, and self-awareness.
