Yoga is better with a buddy. Join our Paschim Vihar sessions to build balance, deepen your bond, and laugh through the wobbles.
Who said yoga has to be serious all the time? Sometimes it's about accepting a fun challenge with friends and seeing what you can achieve together. This is a glimpse into the playful energy of our acro yoga community events.
Flying high and building trust is what our Acro Yoga sessions are all about. From supported handstands to partner-based stretches, you'll learn to balance and connect in a fun, safe environment. It's a fantastic mix of fitness and teamwork.
You don't need a studio to practice connection. Here's a simple partner yoga flow you can try at home to strengthen your bond and your bodies. It's a beautiful way to share your practice and support each other's wellness journey.
Stretch together, breathe together, grow together. In my partner yoga workshops, I guide you and your friend, sibling, or soulmate through poses that encourage teamwork and mutual support. It's a practice that goes beyond the physical.
Yoga is not just about individual practice; it's about connection. When you practice with a partner, like my students Deepak and Jyoti here, you build a stronger bond through shared movement and support. Their journey is a beautiful reminder that if they can do it, so can you.
Who needs a valentine when you have a yoga partner who never lets you skip a workout? Our partner yoga classes are filled with supportive energy, helping you stay motivated and have fun while you get stronger together.

Adding a fun twist to the classic plank with a partner challenge. This not only doubles the core work but also requires immense trust and stability from both partners. It’s a great way to test your limits together.
About Partner & Acro Yoga: Fun, Trust & Teamwork
Acro yoga is less about getting the perfect pose and more about how you handle the wobble with your partner. In my studio, we prioritize safety and spotting techniques first, so whether you are trying a supported backbend or a simple handstand, you know your partner has got your back—literally.
Yoga is a practice, but partner yoga is a conversation. When I started my studio in Paschim Vihar eight years ago, I wanted to create a space that felt like a family, not a gym. That is exactly what we bring to our Partner and Acro Yoga workshops. It is a mix of play, strength, and trust.
We focus on the 'how' rather than the 'how pretty.' You will learn to use props like wheels and straps to help your partner, and we teach you the proper spotting techniques to make sure every lift or stretch is safe. It is not just for couples; bring a friend or sibling if you want. The goal is to build communication, balance, and yes, have a good laugh when things do not go as planned.
We keep these sessions capped at a small group size because your safety matters more than having a crowded room. Whether you are working on trust through a partner stretch or building core strength with an acro drill, my team and I are there to guide you through it all. Remember, health is an investment, not an expense. So, if you are looking to do something different with your weekend, book your spot and come see why I say 'Yoga se hi hoga'.
Yogiks Yoga
I’m Madhulika. I used to crunch numbers as a CA, but I found my sukun here on the mat. My studio in Paschim Vihar isn't just about asanas; it’s about creating a family where we grow together, support each other, and keep it real—no perfection required.
