A fun moment from our outdoor kids' yoga class. We use playful poses and games to introduce children to the concepts of balance, focus, and body awareness in a natural, open environment.

Children practicing Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) next to a real tree. My kids' yoga classes are all about making yoga fun and relatable, connecting the practice to the world around them.

The kids are having fun with Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III Pose), pretending to be airplanes. Incorporating imagination and play helps children engage deeply with the practice and its benefits.

A look inside our Japanese Zen Garden workshop for kids. This mindful activity teaches focus and creativity as children learn to rake sand and arrange miniature elements to create their own peaceful landscape.

A beautifully crafted Zen garden from one of our workshops. The design features pink and purple sand, creating a vibrant beach scene that encourages mindfulness and creative expression.

Another unique creation from the Zen Garden workshop. This one uses yellow sand and miniature mushrooms, animals, and trees to build a tiny, tranquil world in a box.

This Zen garden creation showcases a serene beach with white sand, blue water, and a small boat. These workshops are a wonderful way for kids to practice meditation through art.

A whimsical beach scene created by a young participant. The process of arranging the sand, stones, and miniatures is a calming, meditative practice that helps children focus their minds.

Here I am with a Jal Neti pot, ready to demonstrate this ancient yogic cleansing technique. Jal Neti is a powerful practice for clearing the nasal passages, which is essential for effective pranayama (breathwork).

About Creative & Mindful Workshops

These sessions are intentionally kept small—8 to 15 students max—so I can personally guide your alignment or help with tricky Zen garden placements. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced for years, the atmosphere is focused on learning and calm rather than performance.
