Announcing my upcoming Face Yoga workshop, a natural path to a youthful face. In these sessions, I demonstrate simple yet effective exercises to tone and lift your facial muscles.

A quick tutorial on how to reduce smile lines. This simple exercise involves pursing your lips, filling them with air, and using your fingers to gently stretch the cheeks outward to smooth the nasolabial folds.

Here is a simple exercise to tone your cheeks. By swishing water from side to side in your mouth, you engage and strengthen the cheek muscles for a more contoured appearance.

In this five-minute routine, I show you how to liven up your face with simple massage techniques. We focus on key acupressure points around the temples and cheeks and gently pinch the collarbone and ears to boost circulation.

When you join my face yoga sessions, we do not just practice exercises. We focus on specific acupressure points and massage techniques that increase circulation, helping you naturally reduce puffiness and tension in your jawline. Since my workshops are limited to small batches of 8 to 15 people, I can personally guide you through every movement to ensure your technique is correct for the best results.

  • Holistic Care: I also share my favorite traditional homemade pack recipes for skin nourishment that you can easily make at home.

Because we are working with delicate facial muscles, precision is key. I keep my workshop batches small, limited to 15 students, to ensure I can watch each person's movements. This allows me to provide immediate corrections on your hand placement and pressure, ensuring you get the most out of every 75 to 90 minute session. Whether you are looking to liven up your skin before an event or build a consistent routine for long-term health, you will walk away with a toolkit you can practice on your own.
