Step away from the city noise and join us in Karjat for a weekend of yoga, sound healing, and fresh mountain air. This retreat is your chance to pause, breathe, and reset your rhythm.

A short film capturing the essence of our Monsoon Reset retreat. From mindful walks in the lush greenery to shared laughter and deep yoga practice, this was a weekend of true restoration and connection.

During our retreat, I provide personal guidance to help students deepen their practice. Here, I'm assisting with alignment in Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Malasana (Garland Pose) to ensure a safe and effective stretch.

Leading a group through a series of standing asanas. My focus is always on creating a welcoming environment where every student, regardless of their level, feels supported and encouraged.

Providing hands-on assistance to students working on their Sirsasana (Headstand). In my retreats, I ensure everyone receives individual attention to safely explore and advance their practice.

The beautiful community from our Monsoon Reset retreat. We practiced, laughed, and grew together against a stunning natural backdrop. This is what it's all about: connection with ourselves and with each other.

The breathtaking view of waterfalls from our retreat location in Karjat. Practicing yoga with this as our backdrop was an unforgettable experience that truly connected us to the power of nature.

A small stream flowing through the lush landscape during our nature walk. These moments of connection with the natural world are an integral part of my retreat experience.

About The Monsoon Reset Retreat

Getting to the retreat is simple. While I handle the farmhouse stay, all vegetarian meals, and the full schedule of yoga and sound baths, you just need to arrange your own travel to our Karjat location. Many students prefer to carpool, which acts as a great way to start building our community vibe before we even arrive at the property.
