About Yoga Workshops
What Yoga Feels Like With Me
Yoga, for me, isn't just stretching on a mat. It’s more like a pause button for your mind, a way to check in with yourself, and find a little peace. Honestly, Yoga se sab hoga (with yoga, anything is possible). My workshops are that space where you can stop rushing, breathe deep and get real about what’s going on inside.
How We Roll In The Workshop
It’s a mix of Ashtanga yoga session and Hatha flows, but not just about twisting and balancing. I give individual attention, adjust postures, and help with safe alignment techniques. We always kick off with breathwork for beginners, then move into asana practice. Sometimes we go for the wild stuff - dropbacks, arm balances, inversions - but if you’re newer, I break down the basics so you don’t feel lost.
Who’s Welcome
Honestly, all levels. If you’re just starting, I’ve got your back. If you’re a regular on the mat, there’s space to push yourself. We go beyond poses with Pranayama and meditation too, so it’s not just a workout, it’s a full mind-body connection.
Where You’ll Find Us
Most workshops are in Mumbai, but I travel across India and sometimes outside - USA, Canada, you never know. I also do corporate yoga workshop sessions for office teams looking to feel better at work.
Real Talk
Perfect is not the goal here. Progress, even tiny steps, is what matters. Sabr aur Shukr (patience and gratitude) is my mantra. Come as you are, trust your journey.

My Story
Started out nervous, totally clueless, but yoga pulled me in with full josh. No fancy contacts, just faith and a bit of Mumbai masala spirit. Whether I’m teaching in Bandra or a random workshop in the USA, it’s all about small wins, not perfection. Yoga made me softer, more grateful, and I carry that vibe everywhere – especially when I’m out in nature. Trust the process, yaar. It’s all about connecting with yourself.
