Sometimes, city life gets a bit much, na? I set up these wellness retreats because I know what it’s like to feel burnt out and disconnected. For me, these are sacred breaks where you step away, let go, and just breathe. You don’t have to arrive all zen - just show up as you are.

What the Retreat Feels Like

It's not a bootcamp. Think of it as wholesome 'me time'. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, the vibe is warm, playful, and real. Here, you can drop your mask, do nothing without guilt, or join a friendly circle by the bonfire. If you want a proper break, our healing yoga retreat outside the city is pure calm. If you can’t travel, our urban wellness retreat at the Mumbai shala is a deep reset without the packing.

What We Actually Do

  • Mornings start with mindful movement practices - yoga, kriya, breathwork, sometimes even blindfold yoga.
  • We mix ancient rituals with today’s science. You’ll find sound bath meditation sessions, guided nature walks, and creative art jams.
  • Sometimes, we sit in silence; sometimes, we laugh a lot. There’s always space to just be.

Food & Community

I’m a big believer that healing food matters. Expect fresh, satvik meals—nothing fancy, just honest and nourishing. Community is key here. You’ll meet people who get it, but there’s also space if you just want to be quiet and reflect.

Who Usually Comes

If your mind needs a break, you want deeper calm, or you’re just curious, you’ll fit right in. No yoga pro skills needed. Just a willingness to pause and look inward.

My Story

We built The Yoga House to feel like those *garmi ki chutti* (summer holidays) days – gulmohar in the air, laughter, shade, just being. For us, yoga is more than poses, it's *samatvam yog uchyate* (evenness of mind). Here, you eat fresh from our cafe, meet folks who get you, and find a little stillness even if the city’s wild. Come as you are, leave with a happy heart and maybe a belly full of good food.

My Work

All In Yoga & Healing - We offer Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin yoga classes, Kalaripayattu, meditation, breathwork, sound healing sessions, and more.

Everyone’s Welcome - Absolute beginner or seasoned yogi, group or solo – we’ve got space and classes for every body.

Community & Connection - Art, music, food – join our 'dinner with strangers event', library chats, and stay for the people.

Holistic Reset - We help balance hormones, lower stress, support mental health – it’s the whole package, not just flexibility.
