Yoga Workshops and Retreats in Mumbai
From quiet weekend getaways in nature to skill-focused sessions in Santacruz, join me for a practice that goes beyond the mat.
This is the feeling I aim for in my retreats: strength, balance, and complete serenity, with nothing but the mountains and the sky as our witness. Here I am finding my center with an arm balance by the pool during our Karjat retreat.
The beautiful community from our Monsoon Reset retreat. We practiced, laughed, and grew together against a stunning natural backdrop. This is what it's all about: connection with ourselves and with each other.
A moment of deep relaxation during a sound healing session at our retreat. Surrounded by candlelight, we let the vibrations of the singing bowls wash over us, melting away stress and restoring our inner harmony.
Here is a preview of my Stick Yoga workshop, also known as Danda Yoga. This practice uses a simple stick to help you find better alignment, improve balance, and increase flexibility in a fun, supportive environment.
A collage from my Face Yoga workshop, where I teach natural techniques to tone, lift, and rejuvenate your skin. We explore everything from facial exercises and massage to acupressure for a healthy, youthful glow.
Exploring a deeper sense of awareness in my Blindfold Yoga workshop. By removing the sense of sight, we reduce distractions and learn to trust our bodies, heightening our focus on breath and movement.
A glimpse into the joy of our outdoor kids' yoga sessions. We play, we learn, and we connect with nature, ending our practice with a peaceful meditation in the park. It's a wonderful way to introduce children to mindfulness.
Finding a moment of gratitude and inner peace by the water. My retreats are designed to give you the space to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with your breath, your body, and the present moment.
About Featured
When you join one of my workshops, you are getting more than just a class; you are joining a small group of 8 to 15 students. This cap ensures I have the time to personally check your alignment, answer your questions during our 10-minute post-class Q&A, and provide the hands-on adjustments you need to practice safely and effectively, whether you are trying Stick Yoga for the first time or deepening your practice.
My approach to workshops and retreats is built on the belief that sometimes we need to step away from the routine to really see progress.
Why Workshops?
I design these sessions to be hyper-focused. If we are doing Face Yoga, we are spending the time on anatomy and massage techniques to tone facial muscles. If it is Stick Yoga (Danda Yoga), we are dedicated to using the prop to fix posture and spinal alignment.
- Duration & Structure: Each session lasts 75 to 90 minutes.
- Inclusive Environment: Whether you are a total beginner or a regular, I aim for a non-judgmental space where you can ask questions freely.
- Weekend Immersion: For those who want more, my bundle offers a 3-day pass with priority seating, goodie bags, and a mix of mental and physical training.
Retreats: Nature & Connection
Escaping the city noise to places like Karjat or Lonavala allows for a deeper practice. These retreats are not just about yoga; they are about disconnecting from the 'must-dos' of daily life. We combine dynamic flows with restorative practices like Sound Healing (Himalayan singing bowls) and yogic cleansing (Jal Neti).
We focus on:
- Nature Immersion: Practicing outdoors with the sounds of nature.
- Community: Shared meals and downtime by the pool to build real connections.
- Holistic Care: From the food we eat to the guided nature walks, everything is curated to help you reset.
Whether you need the intensity of a workshop to break a plateau or the silence of a retreat to recharge, there is a space here for you.
