Shared Dorm Residential Course
Accommodation
- Stay Duration: 28 Days (Goa) or 36 Days (Himalayas).
- Room Type: Bed in a Shared Dormitory (max 6 beds) or Twin Sharing Room.
- Amenities: Basic fan cooling, mosquito netting, and shared attached bathroom.
Food & Board
- 3 Sattvic Vegetarian/Vegan meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
- Includes herbal tea and coffee.
- Diet is strictly vegetarian with no alcohol or meat allowed.
Course & Training
- 200 or 300 contact hours with lead trainers.
- Daily Asana practice, Pranayama, Meditation, and Philosophy lectures.
- Yoga Alliance Accredited Certificate upon completion.
- Comprehensive 400+ page course manual.

- Venue: Rented studio space in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai.
Curriculum
- Complete 200 Hour curriculum including Anatomy, Philosophy, and Asana.
- Yoga Alliance International (RYT 200) certification.
- Includes detailed course textbook.

Exclusions

About Yoga Retreats
Why I Hold Yoga Retreats
Sometimes I feel life just gets too loud, right? My retreats are a real pause button - a chance to look inward and figure out where you actually stand, beyond all the labels and daily noise. No fancy promises, just honest time with yourself.
What Happens at My Retreats
- Mix of energetic Yang flows and slow Restorative yoga - not about perfect poses, just moving with awareness
- Breathwork sessions (pranayama) and different ways to meditate, including Yoga Nidra for deep chill, SWAN, and sometimes we do cave meditations too
- Sound healing with singing bowls, gongs, and chanting - feels a bit odd at first but trust me, it works on a different level
- Community time: Satsanga (open talks), Kirtan (singing together), Havan (fire ceremony), and yes, art therapy and silent nature walks
- Some mornings, we do Jala Neti - nasal cleansing, very old-school but super refreshing
How Nature Plays a Role
I always pick spots close to nature - think sunrise yoga in the Himalayas or a slow flow with the sea breeze in Goa. The place itself does half the healing, honestly.

My Story
Namaste, we’re Prutha and Hardik. Yoga for us? Not just stretching or cool poses for Instagram. It’s sadhana, yaani deep practice, searching 'Who am I?' and sitting quietly with that. Nature shows us how - calm mountains, flowing rivers, all teaching us. We started Sayujya Yoga for real connections, not just classes. Our joy? Building a yogatribe, learning from old texts, sharing what we live. Recently my college honored me (Prutha), but honestly, our biggest win is seeing people grow.

Yoga Courses & Retreats - We offer Holistic Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Sadhana, Yin Yoga workshops, and nature-inspired yoga retreats in Mumbai, Goa, Pokhara.
Beyond Poses - Yoga here means philosophy, pranayama, mantra, Ayurveda, and Sthira Sukham Asanam practice. It’s about mind, not just body.
Yoga for Every-Body - We teach functional anatomy, props, and celebrate imperfection. Feel steady and comfy, not perfect. Yoga is for all.
