About Specialized Yoga Classes
Yoga is anushasan (discipline) for me, not just exercise. I look at yoga as a way to really tune in - breath, body, mind, all in sync. Sometimes we forget to even breathe properly, bhai! With my classes, you’ll learn how your spine is the main road for prana (energy), and how to use it right. I mix old-school yogic wisdom with modern science, so one day we might talk about nervous system stuff, another day we’re chanting.
Classes for Every Phase
I design specialized yoga classes so everyone feels welcome. Doesn’t matter if you’re a mom-to-be, a kid, or trying something new like aerial yoga - I’ve got something for you.
- Pregnancy Yoga: It’s all about safe movement and emotional support. We use plenty of props for comfort, focus on pelvic floor strengthening yoga, and do calming breathwork to connect with your baby. You’ll be part of a group with other expecting moms, so you feel less akela (alone).
- Kids Yoga & Camps: Not just asanas! There’s aerial yoga for beginners, painting, rangoli, karma yoga, and even fire ceremony (havan) with chanting - all for building discipline and fun.
- Aerial Yoga: Ever wanted to fly? The hammock makes deep stretches and even inversions simple. Best part: meditate while floating. Feels next level, trust me.
Prop-Based Practice
Props are my jam. They’re not cheating - they teach your body the right way to move and help prevent chot (injury). We use ropes, sticks (danda), chairs, blocks, you name it. All this helps with posture, therapeutic needs like sciatica, and lets you stay in poses for deeper awareness. Yeh bahut zaroori hai (this is very important) for safe, effective practice.

My Story
We’re Yogatute Health Studio. Yoga for us is not just bending and stretching, it’s living, breathing, feeling. ‘Yogah Chitta Vritti Nirodhah’ – quieting the mind, that’s the real deal. One of our students beat PCOD without meds. People say ‘80% logon ko hota hi hai’ (80% people get it), but yoga turned it around for her. That’s why we started this studio – to see real change. My husband ditched his IT job, joined me, and now we’re building a community for true yogic living.

Sound Healing & Bhakti Yoga - We do mantra chanting, sound healing sessions, and spiritual practices for a complete mind-body experience.
