Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga is anushasan, or discipline, not just a series of poses. Join our internationally certified training program to master the science of alignment, anatomy, and traditional Hatha practice in the heart of Bengaluru.
Learning has no age. Jayashree ma'am completed her Yoga Therapy course with us, proving that the desire to learn and grow is timeless. We offer various certified courses for aspiring teachers.

About Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
In our training, we prioritize safety and biomechanics over aesthetics. You will not just learn to hold a pose; you will understand how to use props like rope walls, wooden blocks, and chairs to assist students with diverse physical needs. This is about building a foundation in anatomy and spinal health so you can guide others with total confidence.
Our approach to teacher training is deeply rooted in the concept of anushasan. We believe that to teach effectively, one must first master their own practice.
Why Choose Our TTC?
Our programs, ranging from 50 to 500 hours, are designed for serious practitioners who want to move beyond the surface. We focus on:
- Anatomical Accuracy: We teach you how to analyze a student's skeletal alignment, not just their external form. You will learn to identify the limitations and strengths of the body, preventing injuries before they happen.
- The Science of Props: We treat props as teachers. You will learn how to use Iyengar-style ropes, wooden benches, and blocks to help students with conditions like sciatica or spinal stiffness, making yoga accessible to everyone.
- Modern Science Meets Tradition: We discuss the parasympathetic nervous system and spinal traction alongside mantra chanting and breathwork. This dual approach ensures you understand the 'why' behind every movement.
Our Environment
We conduct our training in our dedicated 'AUM' classrooms, designed to symbolize the yogic journey of creation, preservation, and liberation. The space is equipped with professional-grade aerial silks, rope walls, and traditional props, providing you with a real-world setting for your internships.
Accreditation
Our certifications are provided in collaboration with the Indian Yoga Organisation (IYO) and the Jain Group of Institutions (JGI). Upon completion, you will be prepared to teach with authority, having gained hands-on experience through our internships and supervised teaching hours. Whether you are aiming to start your own studio or refine your personal path, our training provides the discipline and knowledge required to make a genuine change in the lives of your future students.
Yogatute Health
We are Yogatute Health Studio, and we believe yoga is about quietening the mind, not just bending the body. We moved away from traditional IT careers to build this space because we wanted to create a community rooted in authentic yogic living. Every class we run, especially our teacher training, is a result of our own continuous practice and discipline.
