My Approach: Yoga Is Discipline
For me, yoga is not just a workout - it’s a work-in. Discipline, or anushasan, is at the heart of my sessions. Here, we go deeper, connecting with your divya sharir (divine body) and waking up your prana (energy). I blend ancient wisdom, a bit of science, and a lot of care to help you heal naturally.
Why Therapeutic Yoga?
Your body knows how to heal itself, but sometimes it needs a little nudge. My therapeutic yoga is all about making that healing easier. We balance the Panchabhuta (five elements) inside you, and every session focuses on real-life issues - not generic routines.
- Yoga for chronic pain relief and joint issues (like frozen shoulder, knee pain)
- Restorative yoga for hormonal balance (PCOD, diabetes, thyroid)
- Breathwork for stress management, insomnia, anxiety
Props: Not Just Accessories
You’ll see belts, blocks, chairs, ropes, benches - sab kuch (everything). These tools, inspired by Iyengar yoga, help with:
- Alignment and safety in each pose
- Reaching deeper stretches, even if you’re stiff or in pain
- Holding restorative poses longer for deep healing
