Experience the freedom of weightless movement. Our aerial yoga sessions use supportive silk hammocks to make deep stretches and inversions accessible, helping you release tension while you float.

Welcome to the divine world of meditation, suspended in an aerial hammock. This practice allows for deep relaxation and introspection, as the fabric cocoons and supports you completely.

Meditation on an aerial hammock is a profound experience. The gentle sway of the fabric helps to calm the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for a deeper state of stillness and chanting.

About Aerial Yoga: Float, Fly, and Meditate

The hammock is not just a prop; it is an extension of your practice that allows for true spinal decompression. By letting gravity do the work, you take the pressure off your joints while deepening your flexibility, which is essential for relieving chronic back pain or simply undoing the stiffness of a sedentary workday.

Why Aerial Yoga

We view the aerial hammock as a tool for 'anushasan'—disciplined practice that guides the body safely into postures. Whether you are aiming for complex inversions or simply need to decompress your spine after hours at a desk, the fabric provides the support required to perform movements that might be too taxing on the floor.

The Science of Inversion

Inversions can be intimidating, but our suspended silk method changes that. By removing the weight from your neck and lower back, you can practice headstands and handstands with complete confidence. This is crucial for stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps lower stress hormones and improves sleep quality. We focus on the 'work-in,' where the goal is to breathe correctly while floating, rather than just forcing the stretch.

Safety & Props

Safety is non-negotiable. Our studio in Chamrajpet uses load-tested equipment and we ensure you are always guided through the fabric, meaning you never feel unstable. Even if you are a beginner, our teachers provide manual adjustments to ensure your alignment is correct, protecting your vertebrae and joints. This practice is about creating space—literally and figuratively—in your body.
