Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. I've seen how doing it wrong - especially without proper guidance - can actually do more harm than good. That's why I set up these specialized yoga programs. Everything is rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, but I adapt practices for kids and seniors, so everyone gets what they really need.
Kids’ Yoga (Ages 7+)
Kids these days need more than just physical activity. In my children's yoga classes, we work on:
- Focus and memory (haan, school ka stress bhi manage hota hai! - yep, it helps with school stress too)
- Real strength and flexibility, not just random stretching
- Fun ways to build good habits for life, using props and partner work so they stay safe and interested
Yoga for Seniors
Age is just a number, seriously. My approach to Hatha yoga for seniors is gentle but still powerful:
- Safe yoga for older adults to build muscle and protect the joints
- Mobility and stability work so you feel less stiff and more balanced
- Breathing techniques and simple asanas that can help control things like blood pressure

My Story
Hello ji, welcome to Sanatan Yoga Studio. My journey with yoga started when I was struggling with PCOD and weighed 95kgs. No fancy diets, no shortcuts – just old-school yoga and simple routines. Lost 30kgs, reversed my PCOD, and found real magic in yoga. Our studio is like one big family – we celebrate, we support, we grow together. Students’ progress, their happiness, that’s what matters here. With patience and Adiyogi’s blessings, kuch bhi ho sakta hai (anything is possible).
My Work
Yoga Classes for All - We teach traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and special classes for kids, seniors, and corporates.
Therapy-Based Yoga - Students have reversed PCOD, lost weight, managed anxiety, and fixed health issues with our approach.
No Fancy Moves, Just Real Yoga - We focus on correct practice, supervision, and safe progress – no shortcuts or show-off poses.
