Single Drop-In Session
Session Details
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes depending on the style (Hatha, Vinyasa, or Aerial).
- Class Choice: Access to any single scheduled group class including Aerial Yoga, Infrared Hot Yoga, or Mudgar workout.
- Studio Spec: Non-AC 3rd-floor studio with natural ventilation, shock-absorbing wooden laminate flooring, and large windows.
Equipment & Props
- Aerial: Safety-rated silk hammocks rigged from reinforced ceiling beams.
- Standard Props: Usage of cork/foam blocks, straps, and bolsters.
- Mudgar: Traditional wooden clubs provided for conditioning classes.
- Mats: Community mats available; personal mat recommended for hygiene.
Monthly Unlimited Membership
Access & Validity
- Frequency: Unlimited entry to all morning and evening slots for 30 days from activation.
- Styles Included: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Traditional Mudgar conditioning.
- Exclusions: Does not include Teacher Training Courses (TTC) or weekend workshops.
Additional Perks
- Hybrid Option: Includes access to parallel online sessions for home practice.
- Community: Access to weekly Friday Bhajans (chanting sessions).
- Flexibility: Daily style switching allowed (e.g., Vinyasa on Monday, Aerial on Thursday).
Kids Yoga Program
Schedule & Age
- Timing: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Eligibility: Designed for children aged 8 years and older.
- Frequency: 8 sessions per month.
Curriculum & Safety
- Methodology: Learning through play with animal imitation postures, storytelling, and interactive games.
- Aerial Introduction: Use of low-hanging aerial hammocks to build balance and vestibular orientation under supervision.
- Oversight: Specialized supervision focusing on safe alignment and child-safe props.

Why I Teach Yoga in Groups
Yoga, for me, isn't just about flexibility or fitness. It's a way to peel off the layers of stress and heaviness, to remember that original lightness inside. I grew up hearing, “Yogena chittasya...” (remove mind's clutter with yoga), and that's the heart of what I share.
What to Expect in Our Group Classes
- Classes aren't stiff or showy - they're real, sometimes sweaty, and always friendly.
- We offer group vinyasa flow and hatha for all levels, plus lots of playful stuff like aerial yoga (only at the studio, sorry!), acro yoga if you want to try trust falls, and even the old-school Mudgar Workout with wooden clubs.
- Got kids? Our Tiny Yogis group (8+ years) is all about animal poses and stories. For seniors, we go slow and easy with chairs and props.
- Studio in Jayanagar is where the full community yoga sessions vibe happens. If home is where your mat is, join us online for most classes.

We’ve been on this yoga journey for 12 years now, starting in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and now soaking in the Varkala sea breeze.
