Yoga is about connection, both within yourself and with those around you. We take our practice beyond the studio to bring discipline, breath, and energy to the wider community.

I am proud to see our International Yoga Day event featured in the Rajasthan Patrika newspaper. It is a testament to our commitment to making yoga a part of daily life for everyone.

Our collaboration with JITO and Jain College was also covered in the Dakshin Bharat newspaper. Bringing yoga to over 200 participants was a powerful experience.

Another feature in the Shubh Labh newspaper. This recognition inspires us to continue our mission of spreading holistic wellness. Har Din Yoga!

Taking our practice outdoors. Here, members of our community yoga group use natural elements like stone benches for support in their stretches.

The joy of practicing yoga in a park. Nature provides a beautiful and calming backdrop for our asanas and helps us connect with the earth.

A restorative backbend using a park bench. We adapt our practice to the environment, finding creative ways to use what's around us as props.

A community yoga session in progress. Practicing together in an open space builds a strong sense of connection and shared purpose.

Our community yoga group. We come together from different walks of life, united by our love for yoga and our commitment to well-being.

Students practicing a kneeling backbend together in the park. The mutual support and energy of the group makes the practice even more powerful.

A powerful message on yoga from President Awardee Dr. Chenraj Roychand during our International Yoga Day event. He speaks on how yoga can transform lives, a message that deeply resonates with my own mission.

About Our Community in Action

Practice is often easier when you have a group pushing you forward. We take our sessions outside the studio walls, hosting park meets and large community events to bring the discipline of yoga into your daily life. It is not just about the pose; it is about the collective energy that helps you hold the stretch and deepen your breath when you might otherwise give up.
