A lot of us forget to slow down, na? With our Sound Healing & Meditation sessions, I bring you a space to just be - no need to perform, just receive. For me, this is more than relaxation. It’s about connecting with your own divya sharir (divine body) and guiding your prana (life energy) in the right direction.
What Happens Here
- You’ll experience Tibetan singing bowl therapy, Gong meditations, sound baths (even aerial ones if you want to try something hatke [unique]), and chakra sound balancing. The sounds aren’t only for your ears - you’ll feel the vibrations moving through your body, releasing old tension and emotional baggage.
- Guided Yoga Nidra meditation and mantra chanting are woven in, so you get deep rest for both mind and body. Sometimes we do Trataka (candle gazing) or Bhramari Pranayama (humming breath) for a change - all simple but powerful ways to slow down and reset.

Who’s This For?
