About Kids Yoga & Holistic Camps

I do not just teach poses; my camps include carpentry and cooking—what we call Karma Yoga—to teach children patience and focus. Your child will learn to coordinate their breath with movement on the aerial hammock and understand the science behind every stretch in a way that makes sense to them.
