Welcome to our group yoga class. Here, it's not about perfect poses, but about showing up for yourself. In my Vikaspuri studio, we create a supportive space where men and women of all ages can move together, find their strength in poses like Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose), and begin the journey inward.
Experience the freedom of Aerial Yoga. Using the support of a silk hammock, we can decompress the spine, build core strength, and explore playful inversions. It's a unique practice I offer to help you rise above stress and find a new perspective, both on and off the mat.
Your safety and alignment are my top priorities. In my classes, I provide hands-on guidance to help you safely deepen your practice. Here, I'm assisting a student in Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), ensuring she opens her heart and spine with the right support to avoid strain.
For those who love a challenge, I offer a "Desi Sweat Edition" class. We practice in a room with no fan or AC, using the body's natural heat to detoxify, build immense mental strength, and deepen each stretch. It’s an intense but incredibly rewarding experience.
Yoga is a journey of building strength and confidence. Mastering an arm balance like Bakasana (Crow Pose) teaches you focus, power, and the beauty of trusting your body. My own practice inspires the strength-building sequences I bring to my classes.
The journey inward is the most important part of yoga. We always end our sessions with guided meditation and Savasana (Corpse Pose), allowing the body to absorb the practice and the mind to settle into a state of deep stillness and peace. This is where true balance is found.
Finding balance in Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) is a beautiful reflection of finding balance in life. My classes are a community where everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, can stand together, support one another, and grow at their own pace.

In my sessions, I focus on 'Samatvam'—true balance. You won't find competitive showboating here. Instead, I provide hands-on manual adjustments to fix your posture and alignment, whether you are in our aerial hammocks or practicing on the mat, so you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
Yoga is often misunderstood as a physical test of flexibility. At my Vikaspuri studio, we shift the focus. It is not about how deep you can bend, but about how clearly you can breathe. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, cervical stiffness, or just the weight of daily stress, my sessions use ancient techniques like Pranayama and Savasana to help you reconnect with yourself.
I specialize in a mix of Vinyasa for flow, Power Yoga for conditioning, and Aerial Yoga using hammocks to decompress the spine. We do not use AC or fans in our 'Desi Sweat' classes—a natural heat environment designed to help you detoxify and build mental resilience. From beginner trials starting at ₹500 to quarterly transformations that focus on mastering inversions like the Headstand, the goal remains the same: align your mind and body. You don't need to be 'fit' to start; you just need to show up.
