Why Pause Matters
I’ve seen how sab log kuch na kuch ikattha kar rahe hain (everyone is gathering something), but rarely do we pause and ask what it’s for. For me, yoga isn’t about just moving the body - it’s about the andar ki journey (inner journey). If you want real peace, you have to stop and look within.
What My Retreats Feel Like
I call my retreats and workshops a 'work-in'. It’s not about sweating it out, it’s about tuning in. We focus on getting balanced inside, not just outside - Samatvam Yoga Uchyate (Yoga is balance). I try to create a space where you leave behind the city chaos and connect with yourself and others who are searching for something deeper.
Experiences We Share
- Mindful trekking in the Himalayas - we go beyond the usual, practicing yoga in places like Kedarnath, meditating by waterfalls, and feeling that raw sukoon (peace) only mountains offer.
- Soulful escapes to places like Thailand, blending travel with nature-inspired yoga. Think asanas on the beach, sharing food, and real conversations.
- Intensive local cleansing kriya workshops, like Jal Neti, plus group meditation sessions during big events like International Yoga Day.

My Story
12 saal pehle ek photo thi, wahi se sab shuru. Tab samjha nahi, par yoga aur meditation ne sab kuch badal diya. Bachpan se ek hi race mein daud rahe the - school, naukri, phir kya? Life usse bahut badi hai. Main aksar pahadon, nadiyon ke paas shaant baithta hoon, wahi asli sukoon milta hai. Tension sabko aati hai, mujhe bhi. Par yoga ne mujhe andar se align kiya. Jaise Osho kehte hain, 'सारा जीवन एक नाटक है!' Bas, ab zyada tension nahi leta.
