Welcome to my Vikaspuri studio, a space built for your personal journey. Whether you are here to build strength, manage pain, or simply find stillness, you have a mat waiting.

A glimpse into the energy of our studio. From dynamic flows and deep stretches to calming breathwork and final relaxation in Savasana, each class is a complete journey for the body and mind.

We use various props like wall ropes to help you explore poses safely and effectively. This method, inspired by Iyengar yoga, is excellent for improving alignment, decompressing the spine, and working on flexibility with support.

The yoga wheel is a fantastic tool for achieving flexibility goals. I guide students on how to use it to safely open the back, improve balance in inversions, and deepen stretches in a controlled way.

Witnessing a student's progress is the most rewarding part of my work. This video shows the journey of dedication, from initial stretches to achieving a full split (Hanumanasana), all through consistent practice and guidance.

Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, is a powerful heart opener. In my classes, I assist students to build the necessary shoulder and back flexibility, ensuring they can approach this deep backbend with confidence and proper form.

In my studio, the goal is not to perform, but to align. We use props like yoga wheels and aerial silks not just for photos, but to help you find stability in deep stretches and relief from chronic back or neck stiffness, regardless of your current flexibility level.

Alignment Over Performance: Whether it is Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, or our restorative sessions, I focus on hands-on adjustments. I guide your body into the right alignment to ensure you are safe and effective in every pose. If you have been struggling with back pain or cervical stiffness, this level of attention makes a significant difference.

The "Desi Sweat" & Equipment: Sometimes we practice in natural heat—no AC, no fans—to help you sweat out toxins and build mental resilience. For those interested in exploration, we have specialized equipment like yoga wheels for deep backbends and aerial silk hammocks for spinal decompression.

Simple Wisdom for Modern Life: My classes go beyond just asanas. We integrate pranayama (like Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom) and Savasana with singing bowls to help you manage anxiety and stress. We start each session by asking, "Jeevan hai kya?" and end with the peace that comes from actually feeling your own breath.
