I believe in guiding, not just instructing. I provide hands-on assistance to ensure your alignment is safe and effective, helping you deepen your practice and prevent injury, especially if you have back or neck pain.

Find Your Flow: Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Power Yoga

My classes explore various yoga styles to suit your energy and goals. We practice dynamic Vinyasa for a moving meditation, structured Ashtanga for discipline and energy, and Power Yoga to build core strength and stamina.

Aerial Yoga: Play with Gravity

Discover a unique way to practice with our aerial yoga sessions. Using hammocks, we decompress the spine, build full-body strength, and explore inversions and deep stretches with support and a sense of playfulness.

More Than Poses: Breath, Stillness & Philosophy

For me, yoga is an inner journey to answer the question, "Jeevan hai kya?" (What is life?). We integrate pranayama (breathwork) and simple meditation, and I often share wisdom from teachings that have guided me to help you find your own clarity.

Yoga Beyond the Studio: My Journey & Practice

The practice of yoga isn't confined to four walls. My mat travels with me, from the serene beaches of Goa and Dubai to the majestic, snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. This personal journey enriches my teaching and reminds me that yoga is everywhere.
